Default microsoft multiple pivots

Not sure wherther i am just being thick??
I want to use to list to pull in data and have more than one row and more
than one colomn and it is brining everything in row colomn and data rather
than by fields why??? can anyone help me i thought it would show similar to a
normal pivot table??

I don't quite understand what you're describing, but perhaps your data
fields are displayed vertically, and you want them horizontally. If so,
you can use the technique described here to change them:

After reading your question again, and the subject, perhaps you're
asking about multiple consolidation ranges. Those aren't the same as
normal pivot tables, as described he
