How do I save aN Excel 2003 file with a preview?
If it is possible I would like to know why some files have previews attached
when opening and some do not. I need to know how to save a file in Excel for class but now, since I can not find the answer in help, I would really like to know for my own satisfaction. |

Choose FileProperties
On the Summary tab, add a check mark to Save Preview Picture Click OK Bonus Terms wrote: If it is possible I would like to know why some files have previews attached when opening and some do not. Thanks for your help, my instruction book is not very good in this part. To be frank i do not know why anyone would want a preview being that the window is so small. The book wanted the answer so I got to the frustration point that made me want the answer no matter what. You're welcome. I don't use the preview feature, but perhaps it helps
