Default How do I save aN Excel 2003 file with a preview?

If it is possible I would like to know why some files have previews attached
when opening and some do not. I need to know how to save a file in Excel for
class but now, since I can not find the answer in help, I would really like
to know for my own satisfaction.

Choose FileProperties
On the Summary tab, add a check mark to Save Preview Picture
Click OK

Thanks for your help, my instruction book is not very good in this part. To
be frank i do not know why anyone would want a preview being that the window
is so small. The book wanted the answer so I got to the frustration point
that made me want the answer no matter what.

You're welcome. I don't use the preview feature, but perhaps it helps
some people.
