Default Emailing a worksheet

Hi folks, new to this forum so hope you can help.

Here's the deal. I want to mail an excel worksheet to recipients from
within the program. The worksheet is a questionnaire so the idea is
that the recipient receives the spreadsheet as an Outlook attachment,
clicks on it, opens up the spreadsheet and completes the questionnaire.
Then I want the recipient to be able to click on a button from within
the spreadsheet so it will automatically be emailed back to me.

I know this can be done from within the standard toolbar by clicking on
the email button contained within it, but sometimes this isn't always
visible. The key to this is to make emailing the thing back to me as
easy as possible for the recipient. My return email address needs to be
automatically entered so my customers don't even have to type it in. So
it's complete the questionnaire, click on a button, emailed back to
me.

Is there a way I can do this by embedding the email command on a button
contained somewhere within the questionnaire? I've tried all kinds of
weird things like trying to drag the email button out of the toolbar
and onto the actual spreadsheet, but that doesn't seem to work. What
would be great, is just a button positioned somewhere in the document
itself that the customer can simply click and it does everything
automatically.

I know this can probably be done with macros, but there always seems to
be security issues associated with this, and as I said, I want to make
completing this questionnaire as simple as possible for the
receipients.

Sorry for the ramble. Hope someone can help.

Kind regards

YC
