Default Using dropdown list to find file

I've seen alot of posts that almost address my need, but nothing that I
can make work for me.

Simply put, I need to format a combo box on a userform to display the
files within a specific folder, and then allow the user to select a
file to work with. I've tried alot of the filesearch suggestions here,
but no luck.

Thanks for the help.
