![]() hi, i am fairly educated with Excel, but i am having problems with my company's working hours spreadsheets. Basically, we have two spreadsheets (05/06 and 06/07) what i wish to do is to import the data from the 06 part of the 05/06 sheet into the relevant area of the 06/07 sheet to save me the hard job of typing it all out! I have named the area of which i want in the 05/06 sheet. And then in the 06/07 sheet, i go to import the data, select that i wish to overwrite the cells. Everything goes fine until the data actually copies over. It sucessfully imports *BUT* it misses the odd value, here and there. And if i manually enter it myself, when the page refreshes, the cell is made empty again. I do hope this makes sense as i have been working this out for 3 hours now with very little luck! Please please help me =] Many thanks in advance. -- koldtooth ------------------------------------------------------------------------ koldtooth's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=35406 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=551793 |
