Default csv file

You can't just save a CSV file in Excel straightaway if you have done
any formatting changes such as bolding the headers..

Because any formatting done it will be lost when you save it.

After you have imported the CSV file into Excel and done some changes,
save it as an Excel file (eg.. Save As).

If you really need to export it out, then you can save as CSV. But, the
formatting will be gone.
