Default Too many pages

I have an Excel document that I use each month. The data covers about 10
pages each month but somehow along the way thhe document has grown to be
about 300 pages. That is, there's nothing on about 290 pages but if someone
starts to print the whole document, 300 pages begins to print.

How can I delete these excess blank pages?

Thanks, Richard

Select the first page you don't need with the tabs. Use the button to get you
to the last page in the workbook, hold select and select that tab. Right
click and select delete.

Hope that helps

You can reset the print range to cover just the 10 pages.

FilePrint AreaClear

Select your area then FilePrint AreaSet

Also, you can reset what Excel thinks is the "used range"

See Debra Dalgleish's site for instructions on resetting the used range of a
worksheet.
