Default How to mark down the time when entering input to a cell?

You would need a macro for that

Does anyone know on how mark down the time when entering input to a cell?
such as
if I input "YES" into cell A1, and in cell B1 will display the current
time
as a text, which will never change until a new input enter in cell A1.
Does anyone have any suggestion?
Thank you
Eric
