When I pull the scroll bar to the bottom it ends on about line 16000, but my
text stops at 1600, and that is where I am trying to stop at.
I works correctly in some pages of the same work book but not on others.

Try resetting the used range:

Do this for each sheet. If this was in fact the problem this procedure will
also reduce the size of the file.
