Default Print Picture in Excel

In Excel 2003, when you inserted a picture into a workbook, you could goto
the options of that picture and specify whether this picture should be
printed with the workbook.

In the Beta release this feture seems to be missing or impossible to find,
this is very important to my work ,does anyone know where this feature is or
if it is no longer available.
