Default locking template?

Hi All,
I have created a simple template for my duty rosta.
I can add hours etc and they total up ok.

I want to "lock" the template so that only the data can be changed, not the
cell size/fonts etc.
I have searched around but cannot find any refence to it.
Hoping someone can advise me
Thanks Peter

Hi grylion,

Use Format|Cells|Protection and unlock the cells you want to be able to
enter data into, then use Tools|Protection|Protect Sheet or Protect Workbook
to apply the level of protection you want - the options are explained in
Excel's help file, under 'Protect workbooks and worksheets from changes'.

Cheers
