Can anyone tell me why my data in my pivot table only display the numerical
data correctly and doesn't display the the text columns? For example.
I have a pivot table that has the clients name, the client code and the
commission % and revenue. The only 2 columns that display correctly are the
commission and the revenue. The columns where the text should be display it
puts a number.

I hope this is clear and is probably so simple for you guys.

You can display text fields in the Page, Row and Column areas. If you
put a text field in the Data area, it will summarize the field as a Count.
