pivot table data display in cell
Can anyone tell me why my data in my pivot table only display the numerical
data correctly and doesn't display the the text columns? For example. I have a pivot table that has the clients name, the client code and the commission % and revenue. The only 2 columns that display correctly are the commission and the revenue. The columns where the text should be display it puts a number. I hope this is clear and is probably so simple for you guys. thaNKS |

You can display text fields in the Page, Row and Column areas. If you
put a text field in the Data area, it will summarize the field as a Count. sherobot wrote: Can anyone tell me why my data in my pivot table only display the numerical data correctly and doesn't display the the text columns?
