Default Printing from different locations

Hi,

I have a file which is being used by people sitting in the US & UK. People
in the US
use A3 size paper for printing. And people in UK use A4.

How can i write a macro to print in the appropriate papersize based on the
location from where they print.

Regards
Rajula

Just a thought.

If people in the US are using A3 for something which will print on A4,
aren't they using twice as much paper than necessary. Do they then trim it
down? It sounds as thought there may be a possibility of saving on the cost
of paper and labour here.

Regards.
