Default Autoselection of Spreadsheet for liking

I have a spreadsheet system my group uses to track status of the various
projects upon which we work. This summary spreadsheet is filled with
cellular references to "Specific" Individual spreadsheets (as in the
XXXXXXX_TSPM_STATUS.XLS shown below) where XXXXXX is the name of a team
member. We are preparing to distribute this functionality to other teams
(with other names.) I would like to allow the new teams to enter their names
in a VLOOKUP table, select the correct spreadsheet name as a cellular
function and then reference that selected cell with the name of the
individual spreadsheet transfered to a statement like the one below.

='H:\PROJO\Status Reports\[XXXXXXX_TSPM_STATUS.xls]TSPM Status Report'!B4

The referenced spreadsheets will almost always be closed when referenced.

Thank you in advance
