Default PLOTTING/CHARTING Help!

As always, thanks in advance for your help. I am about to start doing
some plotting/graphing with Excel, but have no prior experience. Is
there a web site/link that could get me started in terms of figuring
out what it is that I need to do?

For the most part, I'll be doing simple math problems then wanting them
plotted automatically on a graph. I'll also need to figure out how to
draw the initial graph that I would like to plot on.

Thanks again.
