Why do minimized workbooks in Excell not show file names?
When I minimize files or workbooks in Excell they are lined up at the bottom
of the screen. I thought that when I pass my cursor over them it would provide the file's or workbook's name. As of now, the only way to know which workbook is which, is to maximize them. I have to be doing something wrong here. |

Why do minimized workbooks in Excell not show file names?
Do you mean on the taskbar? Mine shows the filename on the tabs. I use Windows XP Home and Professional with Office XP and 2003. It even shows the filenames in Excel when the workbook is mininized in Excel with Excel still full screen. -- bgeier ------------------------------------------------------------------------ bgeier's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=12822 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=546041 |
