Default Have a cell calculate only once

Is there a way to have a cell calculate only once or only on a certain date?
Example A1 and A2 are numbers and C3 is a date
= A1+A2, only if C3=now

Or it could just be a formula that is contrained ot only calculate once.
Mayeb when it is created.
Thanks,
adam
