Have a cell calculate only once
Is there a way to have a cell calculate only once or only on a certain date?
Example A1 and A2 are numbers and C3 is a date = A1+A2, only if C3=now Or it could just be a formula that is contrained ot only calculate once. Mayeb when it is created. Thanks, adam |

Have a cell calculate only once
This is an example of making a one time calculation:
1. enter the following into worksheet code: Private Sub Worksheet_SelectionChange(ByVal Target As Range) Cells(1, 3).Value = Cells(1, 3).Value End Sub 2. enter 12 in A1 3. enter 25 in B1 4. enter =A1+B1 in C1 The value 37 will appear in C1 without a formula -- Gary''s Student "adamb" wrote: Is there a way to have a cell calculate only once or only on a certain date?
