Default Merging spreadsheet data

I have one spreadsheet with data and another spreadsheet with different data.
What I would like to do is get the columns from Spreadsheet 2 into
Spreadsheet 1 when the column 'Service Tag" is equal between the two.

Will VLOOKUP provide me this function??? Or is there an easier way to do
this within Excel???

Any help is greatly appreciated and Thanks in advance.

VLOOKUP would be an excellent way of doing this. The only limitation is
that the lookup column must be the leftmost column of the table. If it
isn't you can create an extra column on the left and link by =
formula.
