How do i load previously installed Add-ins?

I have downloaded 2 Add- ins, RPTMGR.EXE, a report manager & TMPLWIZ.EXE, a
template wizard with data tracking, and they seem to install- i get all the
MS install pop-ups and I am DONE! though not really cause when I goto the
Add-ins Available window they are not there - I have rebooted and the .xla
files never make it to this directory C:\Program
Files\O2K3\Excel\OFFICE11\Library
