In the good old days when you hit ctrl-H in Excel, the Replace dialog would
appear with the focus set on the "Find What" input box not the "Replace With" input box as it now does. It is rare for users to what to leave the same entry in the "Find What" box because, after all, they've already replaced it. Get it? Almost always, the user is wanted to find something new to replace. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
