Default How do I find Top Spenders?

Hi,

I have a spreadsheet with the following format:-
ColA, ColB, ColC, ColD
CustomerName, 2004 Spend, 2005 Spend, 2006 Spend

How can I extract the Top Three Spenders for each of the three years
and show it in a summary sheet?

If I was to have an extra Col showing Magazine Name could I show the
Top Three Spenders for each year by magazine?

I have tried using a pivot table but to no avail.

Regard
Garry

Gazzr:

If you arrange your data as follows, a pivot table should work:

Col A = CustomerName
Col B = Magazine
Col C = Year
Col D = SpendingAmount

In the pivot table:

Use Field Settings Advanced Top 3
