Cell Formatting Advice:- Text displayed as .........#######
If I merge say Cells A6 to G6....and format the area for text alignment top
left and autowrap selected....... I find that although the text I chose to enter (can be several sentences), appears fine when in the merged cell area.....when I click ou of the area.....I get a string of "#############".....clicking back into the cell area reveils the text again...... I have tried adjusting cell column widths but this doesn't help.....I have searched online help.....no joy.....any suggestions would be appreciated. |

I would strongly recommend not using merged cells, it is hardly ever
