Can you make a picture pop up when a particular cell is selected like a
"comment" box does when you have the cell programed with a comment?

How about inserting the pic into the comment ?

Hi Lee,

I think the easiest way is to insert a comment then format the
comment's fill to be the picture.

After inserting the comment, click on its border to select it then go
FormatFormat Commentselect the "Colors and Lines" tabselect "Fill
Effects" from the Fill Color drop down list select the "Picture" tab
click on the "Select Picture..." button select the picture file
click "Insert" click "OK"
