Default In excel how do I automatically flush data to disk

I'm importing external data via a Web Query. I have the data refreshing
fairly frequently, I'm making the file available via html on a shared site
(Wiki actually).

I'm finding that the file itself does not get updated with the new data.

I'm looking for something like an auto flush or something similar, but can't
find one. Autorecover isn't the answer, it appears to save the file in some
other format. . Any ideas?
Thanks,
