Default Making settings portable

In Excel 5, you were able to copy a file, "Excel5.???", from the programs
directory on one machine to another, thereby keeping all of your option
settings, menus, toolbars, etc.

Is there a similar file in Excel XP? If so, what is its name and where is it
located? If not, is there some mechanism for accomplishing the same thing?
