List all contracts that relate to a single part number
Hi, all.
I'm trying to figure out how to display all the contract numbers that relate to a single part number (see example below) so Product Managers can reference them easily. The "perfect world" situation is where they can clink on a part number or link and a list of all contracts would be displayed. All suggestions welcome! You can use the autofilter option (Data - Filter - Autofilter). It will
show a drop down on the part number, and selecting one element will hide all the lines but the ones that have that number on them. Hope this helps, Miguel. "Ashley Morris" wrote: Hi, all. List all contracts that relate to a single part number
Miguel,
Thanks, but I'm trying to link the "list" of contracts to a report that shows obsolete/slow moving items. The idea is to alert the Product Managers that these parts have a contract commitment which may need to be terminated or modified. The obsolete report looks like this: PartNo Part desc Contract or Pricing Agreement Forecast Planned PO SO 0-0602121-5 AMPACT TAP ASSY Y 0-0602300-0 AMPACT TAP ASSY YELLOW 602300 Y 1-0275187-8 COPPER AMPACT TAP ASSY Y Ashley Miguel Zapico wrote: You can use the autofilter option (Data - Filter - Autofilter).
