Default Copying formulas

Hi. My question is a very basic one..

When I am copying/pasting formulas that I use every so often, Excel
will automatically re-calculate the values based on the new position
(thank God). However, it will only show these new values once I save.
This is a pain for me because I have to save every 5-10 seconds to make
sure that I am not making a mistake. How do I set it so that the new
values are automatically shown when I paste the formula to a new area?

If Elkar and Edcosoft's suggestions aren't what your looking for I do beleive
