Default use cell a5 on sheet 1 in cell c10 on sheet 2

I want to be able to use a cell on sheet 1 on another cell in a different
sheet but within the same workbook. Example use a5 on sheet 1 in cell c10 on
sheet 2.

What do you mean by "use"?

=Sheet1!A5

if you put that in C10 then everything that goes into A5 will link to C10 as
well
