![]() I have a large list of data in sheet1, but I want all row(s) that has a date prior to 05/11/2006 to be displayed in sheet2. Is this possible with a formula? Thanks. -- exsam21 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ exsam21's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=22666 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=542175 |

Does the info have to be displayed in sheet2? If yes, then a formula (in
sheet2)would have to be created for each row in sheet1 that would check the date. There are functions that can give you a total, ie how many dates are prior to the date specified. If you can get by with displaying on sheet1, then I would create a conditional format that would change the color in each cell that meets the criteria you are looking for and also place a formula in sheet1 that would give you a total number that meet the criteria. Hope this helps, Les "exsam21" wrote: I have a large list of data in sheet1, but I want all row(s) that has a date prior to 05/11/2006 to be displayed in sheet2. Is this possible with a formula?
