Default Getting rid of Flash images in Excel

We've been copying some data from various websites into Excel.

Some of these have Flash graphics (images) that obscure the text we have
copied.

How do we get rid of the images, it doesn't seem possible to highlight
and delete them?

Thanks

Mike
