![]() You don't give a lot of details of what you are doing. There is no "Format" that will do what you ask. A simple answer is to use the Data SORT Descending feature, using your date column as the "Sort By:" column. You could also use the Auto-Filter feature. As you enter new rows at the bottom of the range, select the arrow at the top of your Date column, and use that to Sort Descending...
