Default import csv field 04-41 excell changes it to Apr-41

I exported a sheet to CSV, did some reordering of the rows with a perl
script and
imported it back in. fields such as 04-41 it changes to Apr-41
regardless if the
field is quoted or not. Why is it doing that and how can I make it
leave the field alone as it is ?

You can rename it to *.txt and then the text import wizard will start and
you can import it as text in step 3 or you can open it though dataimport
external dataimport data then in filetypes select *.* then open it, it will
trigger the same text import wizard.

Use the import wizard, and when you reach Step 3 click in the column
containing the problem data. In the "Column data format" area at the top
right of the dialog box, click Text. Then complete the wizard.

Hope that works for you!
