Hi,
Is there anyway to disable excel from either rounding up or down, just to keep the number as is? for example, if I have 160.19423, I want to make it 160.19 and not 160.20 Any suggestions? Thanks! Carol |

Look in help for TRUNC assuming you want a formula, with 160.19423 in A1
=TRUNC(A1,2) will return what you want -- Regards, Peo Sjoblom http://nwexcelsolutions.com "QPapillon" wrote in message ...
