Hello! I need to know if there is a way to have certain information on my
client invoices to not print out on the invoice. We sometimes require
personal information on clients that we wish to keep in the computer but do
not want on paper for security reasons. Is there a way to have that
information stay on the invoice but not print out? If anyone could help with
this it would be greatly appreciated.

Me again! is there a way so that if i have for example a credit card number
that i put into the computer that when it prints out it'll print out in a
format such as, or anything like ####-####-####-4812. thanks again!

What I would do in your situation is to not have that sensitive information
in the Invoice form on your computer at all. I would have such information
on another sheet, then have a formula in the Invoice form that would extract
that information and change its format as you wish. Like your example of
the credit card number. Post back with more information about the type of
sensitive data that you have if you need more. HTH Otto
