Default Multiple screen splits for same worksheet in Excel

I am trying to view the top of the worksheet, and the bottom of the worksheet
as fixed (they don't scroll or move) and scroll the middle of the worksheet.

Default Multiple screen splits for same worksheet in Excel

You can highlight the part of ths sheet you wish to view at the bottom of the
sheet, then do CtrlShiiftEdit SopyPicture AsShownOnScreen OK, and then
paste it above the Window-Freeze line and below the top-part of the sheet,
then you can see both the top and the bottom of the sheet in the top half of
the screen, and can scroll the middle below the freeze line.........
