Hello All
I have a 10 page excel spreadsheet. I want to add numbering to it but I want page 1 to actually start on page 3 and increment from there is there a way to do that? I see you can start the page numbering on page 3 but leaving 1 and 2 blank but I want page 3 to be labeled page 1 Thanks |

Here's a thought....
Create 2 Custom Views -View1 would only inlcude Page1 and Page2 with no page num in the footer. -View2 would only the remaining pages with a starting page num of 3 in the footer. Then, if you have the Report Manager add-in you might be able to include those 2 views in the settings. Is that something you can work with? *********** Regards, Ron XL2002, WinXP "Lynn" wrote: Thanks Ron not quite what I wanted was page 3 to start with the number 1 so the real page 1 & 2 are left blank "Ron Coderre" wrote: Try this: <file<page setup<page tab Set First Page Number: 3 Does that help? *********** Regards, Ron XL2002, WinXP "Lynn" wrote: Hello All I have a 10 page excel spreadsheet.
