Default How to "Glue" an object icon to a cell?

I have a spreadsheet that is constantly updated and sent via email.
In this spreadsheet I have imported some objects (as icons) such as
mail messages and pics (screenshots) when I want to give more info
about an issue in a specified cell.
The problem is that the icons are not "glued" to any specific cell, so
if I set a filter, the icons are everywhere.
Is it possible to "glue" this icons to a cell?
