I want to creat a work sheet at the top of the work sheet in a portrat style
I need what I will call a header. With text indicating tital of sheet and
retorical information identifying the users emplyee numbers, truck, number
ect, this is 1 and 3/4 inches from top page to the start of colum with data
use at the bottom. then I need collums below to includes city name, 2 small
colums for load avtivity, two larger colums named unload, load, colum for
other,trailer, local miles, loaded miles, empty miles rate per mile, empty
rev. loaded rev. i allso need a bottom footer stateing remarks with lines a
cross page 4 lines high
