I have an application that has iteration turned on, and each time that I
change a cell value a new iteration starts. How do I turn this off permanently. Automatic update is turned on. TIA |

In Excel97 you go to your Tools menu / Options / Calculation and
uncheck Iterations. |

Thanks for the fast response. I should have been more specific. I'm running

Calculation tab settings are determined by the first workbook opened in
