![]() Hi, I want to count the occurrences based on a particular value in particular cells. If I use a range of cells, say =COUNTIF(B2:AC2,"<Not Yet Presented ") then it will return the count of all the cells where the string is not present. Instead of that I want to perform the operation on specific cells, say on B2,I2,P2 and W2. I tried it with one cell =COUNTIF(B2,"<Not Yet Presented ") and it works, but it didn’t work for more than one Is there any solution? Please let me know. Appreciate your time and help:) Harsha -- harshaputhraya ------------------------------------------------------------------------ harshaputhraya's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=33225 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=539171 |
