I have several worksheets with pivot tables that look alike. When setting
them up I generally have 5 levels of criteria to subtotal. On one of them I noticed it only subtotals on the two highest levels. I compared it to the others and checked all formulas and calculations but cannot see any difference. How can I get this one pivot table to subtotal down to the fifth level like the others? Thank you for any help. |

![]() check that sub-totalling is enabled for the field. ..right click on field label, -- field setting -- subtotal = automatic. -- steven1001 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ steven1001's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=30757 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=538655 |
