MATCHING COLUMNS

I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT MATCHING COLUMNS IN EXCEL. FOR INSTANCE I HAVE
TWO COLUMNS ONE IN A AND ONE IN B WITH ALL DIFFERENT VALUES. HOW DO I
MATCH COLUMN A WITH COLUMN B? AN EXAMPLE IS BELOW
