How do i reset excel to its default values......

Default resetting excel to default values

Which default values are you speaking of? You can try deleting
your XLB file (search for files named *.xlb). You can reset
command bars by going to the View menu, choose Toolbars,
Customize, and select the toolbar in question is click Reset.

Beyond that, more information is needed.
