Default Data Validation Lists

Is it possible to use Data Validation where the list of values is on one
worksheet but the dropdown list is on another worksheet? Excel won't let me
do that.

If you select the list, then do insertnamedefine, give it a name and refer
to the name like

=MyList

in the list source box will work
