Converting date format
How can I convert a date (dd/mm/yy) like 14/12/05
to show up as (yymmdd) i.e. 051214 and vice versa? Any help would be much appreciated. Brian |
Converting date format
Custom format yymmdd
if the value is 51214 with a leading zero looking like 051214 then you need a formula or datatext to columns, step 3 under column data format, select date and YMD -- Regards, Peo Sjoblom Excel 95 - Excel 2007 Northwest Excel Solutions www.nwexcelsolutions.com "It is a good thing to follow the first law of holes; if you are in one stop digging."
