each data resides in its own column...just like your first example...when i use pivottables it tries to do calculations (count and sum) which i dont need...i just need to categorize the information by region A B C D E F name address city state zip region "Kevin B" wrote: Is each data element in its own column, or does each element reside on a row by itself?
