How can I open a file that tells me to use BINHEX 4 to access it.

![]() A file, any clue as the the filetype? Have you tried to rename it to a .zip or a .rar to open it? If you open it in Notepad what are the first 6 characters within the file? BINHEX4 is an old Macintosh protocol. Stuffit Expander (free:
http://www.stuffit.com/mac/expander/ for Mac, or http://www.stuffit.com/win/expander/ for Win) works fine on either a Mac or Win machine.
