Return key doesn't work in excel.
Hi,
My return key doesn't work when I am in Excel. When I press it, instead of moving to the next row, nothing happens. It works in other programs (i.e. Word). Anyone have this happen to them? Thanks. |

Go to the Tools menu, choose Options, then the Edit tab. There,
ensure "Move selection after Enter" is checked, and select a direction. -- Cordially, Chip Pearson Microsoft MVP - Excel Pearson Software Consulting, LLC www.cpearson.com "Nicci" wrote in message ... Most likely in the course of clicking around you inadvertently changed
a setting. On the menu if you click Tools Options and select the Edit tab, check the box for Move Selection After Enter. There's a dropdown to select what direction you want to move. |
